Training

Graduating from London Studio Centre in 2014, I have extensive knowledge of various contemporary dance techniques. These include Graham, Cunningham and Limon techniques. I use a variety of the core principles from each of these techniques during my own classes. I value the use of creative tasks to generate choreography within the sessions I lead. As a whole class we are able to use these tasks to collectively create a wealth of material from which to make beautiful dance pieces from. The use of creative tasks also allows the participants to have ownership of their movement which is incredibly important to allow them to grow as dancers.
